During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
500jili may require you to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures at any point, including before processing your first withdrawal. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or PRC ID. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. 500jili reserves the right to immediately terminate any account where inaccurate information is discovered and to report such conduct to the relevant authorities where required by law.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 500jili login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, and you must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
500jili strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility unless you have notified 500jili of unauthorized access in a timely manner.
500jili will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 500jili that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the applicable wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

500jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your 500jili account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
500jili does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 500jili makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the platform or its content.
500jili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination for cause, any funds in your account may be forfeited.
You may close your 500jili account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the 500jili platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent 500jili from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
